I spent many hours this week sourcing tile for my two bathrooms in progress on the flip project. I’ve got the contractors on the job and they need the tile now so I was fetching it for them all around the Bay Area. They will be done in two weeks, and I’m very excited to share those remodeled spaces!
I took my own advice from my post on late summer outdoor activities and visited a huge botanical garden I’d never been to before. It was enchanting: fruit trees and vegetable gardens at their peak, and so many flowers in bloom, all growing wild but also well cared for by the locals. I was transported, if just for an afternoon. It was so lovely. If you ever visit Sonoma, add the Sonoma Garden Park to your list of places to visit.
